If the client is coming from a hospital, they even assist with the home transition. They’ll also help out with transportation to and from future doctor’s appointments, making it easier to keep up with medical visits.
For clients with chronic conditions like cancer or dementia, they have caregivers who are trained in handling these needs, which can make a huge difference in the client’s safety and quality of life.
However, we did notice that their services for specialized care come with a higher price tag.

He is a dementia patient and, as a family, we felt he needed 24/7 oversight…more than the hospital could possibly provide.
