I met with Kirsten of JM Nutrition for a session and she made me a meal plan as well. The virtual session was convenient and in-depth. Kirsten provided lots of relevant information in regards to regulating blood sugar levels and gave me lots of tips for moving forward. Kirsten was knowledgeable and I appreciated that it came from a ‘real life’ and longevity focused perspective and wasn’t solely about elimination. The meal plan is very detailed and presented in an organized, easily understood format. Also came with lots of recipes included, which is nice bonus. Supportive coaching leading to healthier food choices
I have been meeting with Chelsea (over the phone) for about a year now. We meet about once a a month to discuss my diet, what’s working, what could be improved. She has me keep daily records of what I eat/drink and when. I find it super helpful as it encourages me to stay on track. With her coaching, I have moved away from fast foods (I used to get McDonalds every morning) and more towards heathier options and home cooking.
