Highly sophisticated tools
We had a scary basement drain blockage this week. I say scary because the drain pipe leading to the street is just completely hidden from view and you’re wondering what the heck is going on. Luckily I called Mr. Rooter because one day later, the problem is completely fixed. Plumbers Tyler and Mike diagnosed and eliminated the blockage using highly sophisticated tools. They created a drain pipe video that proves there is a severe sagging of the pipe. Luckily, the sagging is on the city side of the drain pipe so I will be able to present this video to Halifax Water and demand that they fix the pipe. Tyler and Mike were very professional, polite, and helpful. Good work, guys!
