Matthew TremblayHave a fun night in Halifax with a drink (or two) at Imbibe! On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, around 25+ mixologists are coming together to shake, stir, and pour some of the finest cocktails in town.
As part of the Savour Food and Wine Festival, Imbibe is all about showcasing the talent and creativity of Halifax’s bartenders, brewers, and winemakers. Just like in previous years, expect perfectly crafted cocktails in sample sizes.
Meals won’t be served, but snacks will be handed out to complement the booze and enrich the experience. And because no party is complete without music, a DJ will be spinning live beats all night.

Some of Halifax’s most popular bars will be there, including The Stubborn Goat, The Bitter End, Five Fishermen, Durty Nelly’s, and our favorite, Bar Sofia.
