“I had an excellent experience at the Insight Optometry. I had a severe red eye that had developed to be very painful overnight, I had requested for an appointment on Friday morning, I didn’t expected to be seen on that day but the kind receptionist (I think its Janelle, sorry if I got the name wrong) had given me an appointment with Dr. Roach. My experience with Dr. Roach and her assistant Noah was absolutely amazing. They both were very friendly and listened patiently to my issue. “My husband and I as always had good experience with Dr. Allison Scott and we both were recommended to try office lenses as they were 50% off until July 15, 2024. I had Stephanie helping me choose my new frame and I got the discounted lenses. My husband went a few days after when the promotion was still on but got charged full price and the promotion was never mentioned and applied by Michelle costing him close to $1,000. Not happy with them offering promos to selected customers and leaving out of it qualified customers like my husband resulting of hundred of dollars out of pocket expenses for our family.*** Customer Service at this location went above and beyond to correct and apply promo credit, including personal follow up call from Dr. Alisson Scott.”
