Breathe Clean did two heat pump heads and system cleaning for my home last year. Two sharp guys with a great personalities. This year, a single fellow from Shines arrived right on time, did the job and was polite and professional from start to finish. Apparently Shines and Breathe Clean are sister companies…and Shines seems to be the lead company with vehicles etc. Seems like an outsourced service is doing the booking…last year I dealt directly with Breathe Clean. I prefer dealing with a known, local company and more transparent communication would ensure that I was anticipating who showed up to do the work. The fellow this year had on ear buds and was talking on his phone about 35% of the time…I’m trusting that this didn’t affect the quality of the job.
