What’s convenient is their rapid tap-and-pay touch-free automatic tunnels and flexible self-serve bay options. The time-saving services also make them ideal for busy professionals since they’re open day and night.
When we stopped by their Lady Hammond Road location after a muddy road trip, the touch-free tunnel system stripped away heavy grime in minutes without an abrasive brush touching the vehicle.
However, their service scope is strictly limited to automated and self-serve exterior washing and self-vacuuming. Because they don’t provide staff-led interior detailing at their Halifax locations, you’ll need to look elsewhere for comprehensive treatments.
Good price for good options
Nice car wash. There are 7 self service stations and 1 automatic car was. Different types of washing are available as well as vacuum cleaners for car interior. One can really wash a car for 6 CAD using prewash soap, foamy brush, rinse water and some wax. If you are skilled enough it’s really possible. Good price for good options!

Guided my progress through the car washer
Visited Rubber Ducky at Lady Hammond Road for first time yesterday. Wasn’t familiar with process for paying signing in etc. There was an employee, Dave L. who was doing some work on the property. I asked him what was the process for using the Automatic drive through car wash. He was such a gentleman and said he would show me how the entry system worked and guided my progress through the car washer! He checked over my vehicle and it was perfectly clean! Dave showed me application process, and I was so grateful for his help and advice!

Got the marks off free of charge
I came to them with a gas station auto wash horror story. It had left greasy oil marks all over my car and I couldn’t get them off. I bought my car to permashine and I talked to their manager who was extremely helpful. They got the marks off free of charge with the normal cleaning job. I am so grateful they were extremely friendly and understanding. I will be going there now on instead of using gas station auto washes. They were amazing!

Had a really cool experience at Jack’s Car Spa, a new drive-by car wash in Halifax. They offer a premium drive-by wash with brushes, which makes a noticeable difference in the clean. It’s a bit pricier than other regular drive-by washes in the area, but the quality justifies it. Also, Mike, the guy working there, is funny, polite, and super friendly — definitely adds to the positive vibe. Highly recommend if you want a thorough wash and great service!

A great car wash and I’d totally recommend it
Just went through the wash tunnel. It was super easy and the attendant guides you through getting your car set up properly as well he does a soap and pressure wash of your car before you go through he tunnel, which I appreciate as it helps with the washing of the areas the car wash itself misses, and then you just put your car in neutral and enjoy the ride so to speak. My car was looking great and I’d say 99% dry once done. It’s a great car wash, my car looks amazing and I’d totally recommend it!
