To lessen newbie anxiety even more, their dedicated friendly team of experienced personal trainers offers continuous support and informative guidance every step of the way. 

For a reasonable fee, you get access to a state-of-the-art facility and a spacious 60-foot turf area. In my case, I didn’t have to wait for vacant equipment because there were so many options. 

However, the gym doesn’t have a no-camera policy, so many people film their workouts. If you prefer to work out without being filmed or without social media influencers in the background, this may not be the best fit for you.

The staff are also very friendly! I would say the gym seems more like an influencer gym (i.e. people taking pictures of their workouts) and as a 9-5 young professional – it can be a different environment than what I am used to but that’s just something to be mindful of when working out here.”
