Flawless cut, worth every cent
Hands down, this is the best barber shop I have ever. The biggest drawback can be the wait, but bring a book or phone and take a seat. I am not sure if it is standard, but the day I went EVERY SINGLE PERSON was offered free coffee while waiting– and not warmed over, office drip coffee. The three barbers know what they are doing. I got in the chair and after answering a few questions, the barber (whose name I have since forgotten) went to work. He took his time; I may have been in the chair 30-40 minutes. However, his cut was flawless! Afterwards, the sale of products wasn’t pushed on me at all; he just said “I’m going to use xxx product; would you like to smell; is that okay?” and that was that. I think the cut cost around $35, which seems a little high in this area, but certainly well worth it. If I didn’t live hundreds of miles away, I would return again and again. No parking; credit/debit cards accepted.

Wonderful services and modern cut
My husband loves to have haircuts while traveling. We were out and about off the cruise ship on Sunday and happened to see this barbershop. We walked in and Omar, one of the owners greeted us with a warm welcome and gave my husband a nice, current, modern cut with a warm towel finish to complete the visit. I’ll start by saying that like most people, I am the kind of person that has my barber and sticks to them. It keeps things simple and efficient. Being from out of town I knew that the day would come that I would need to take the plunge and find a barber here that could take care of me with a seamless transition. Lucky me! First try and I’ve found that spot. Nick at Noreast did an awesome job. Very friendly and efficient, clearly knows what he’s doing (my hair is notoriously difficult to cut, I’ve heard a few times). The guys at Nor East are second to none. Calm and super cool atmosphere as soon as you open the door. The barbers are always attentive and very dedicated to their craft. Top notch cuts at extremely reasonable rates. Nick Lace is my personal go to guy, but there isn’t a single one there I wouldn’t get a cut from. The shop owner, Jesse, is incredibly inviting and always gives you a personal greeting as you walk through the door. 5 star service, from 5 star boys.

Skilled and hospitable barber
After getting a terrible haircut from a random barber back home in BC, I went here hoping I could get it fixed. Alnabelsi cut my hair and did a great job! Happy to have found this place, will definitely be returning for my next haircut. He was hospitable, friendly, way cheaper than any decent barber in Vancouver, and skilled. I paid $28 (+tip), at home it would have cost $50 minimum. My only nitpick was that the music in the shop was maybe a little on the loud side, and made it difficult to hear the barber at some points, but not a big deal honestly. Highly recommended!
