We were impressed with their impressive divorce mediation programs, where they’ll meet with both parties and suggest what the best plan of action is. If only one person shows up, they’ll kindly provide a complimentary onboarding call for the other.
Unfortunately, that’s the only thing they’ll give for free. In fact, the rest of their services are actually quite pricey.
But on the bright side, customers still have some control over their expenses, with the option to either settle a flat fee or adopt a pay-as-you-go setup.

The only catch is that your experience may vary depending on the consultant, with some being less patient and empathetic.

In line with this generosity, their lawyers have built a reputation for being mindful and compassionate towards clients. They provide updates whenever they can and put effort into communicating clearly at all times.
But on the other hand, their office staff can be a bit lacking in this regard. There have been a few complaints about them being unapproachable.

There have been plenty of accounts about how attentive the team is, as they constantly ensure that everyone involved is on the same page. They won’t let you sign anything unless they’re confident that you fully understand what it entails.
For simpler proceedings, we think you’ll be happy to know that they also offer limited scope retainers. It’s definitely more cost-effective but still very helpful.
Sadly, their team is still on the smaller side. So from time to time, they reject clients when their plate gets too full.
