What Worked Really Well
From the moment we onboarded, their team impressed us with clear communication. They took time to understand our structure, our pay cycles, and the statutory obligations we needed to meet. This made payroll feel less like a burden and more like a reliable monthly process, rather than a guessing game. When it came to tax reporting, they handled all the major filings and delivered the necessary reports on time, which gave us peace of mind — especially around end-of-year obligations.

Another highlight was their flexibility. When we had a few urgent pay runs that needed quick turnaround, they stepped up and delivered without compromising accuracy. That responsiveness, especially in crunch moments, really stood out. Where We Saw Challenges
On the flip side, because we are a small company, some of their services felt slightly more than what we strictly needed. There were parts of the package that seemed designed for larger-scale clients, so we found ourselves not always using everything we paid for. Additionally, there were a few months where the coordination for non-standard payroll (bonuses, one-off payments) felt a little cumbersome — not because the Tax Solution team was inefficient, but because some of our requests were very specific, and the process wasn’t always totally plug‑and‑play.

Bottom Line
For us, The Tax Solution added a layer of professionalism and reliability to how we manage payroll and taxes.
