Citadel Oral & Facial Surgery is where I’d go when a dental problem graduates from routine to seriously complicated. Their team handles everything from corrective jaw surgery to facial trauma involving both bone and soft tissue.
A friend who had bone grafting here was especially impressed by the i-CAT 3D imaging. It made the whole diagnostic process feel precise rather than like educated guesswork.
I also like that they offer several anesthesia options, including IV conscious sedation and general anesthesia. That extra choice can make a nerve-racking procedure feel much easier to face.

A very pleasant procedure from start to finish
I had a hefty dental surgery yesterday with Marco being my Dental Surgeon. I just want to say that it was a very pleasant procedure from start to finish, and the day after, I am healing well and feel well. The nurses and hygienist that assisted were great. Everyone answered any questions and any concerns. I don’t know why I was so worried, as the discomfort is very minimal (I expect it to be worse days 3-5), but not to what I had thought in my head.
