Very responsive company and great communication. I had an older alarm system that started beeping constantly. I couldn’t find anyone able to help because I wasn’t a current monitoring customer or even answer the phone. I called all around the area to find someone to help and Northstar were the only ones to call back within a short time the same day after I left them a voicemail asking for help.
