Effective treatments with knowledgeable staff
I am just completing my second treatment from I stop Pain.  My first treatment was a couple of years ago for a Frozen shoulder.  I went from barely begin able to move my arm to completely pain free 2-3 treatments later.  Last week, a back pain twinge suddenly became full-on lower back pain.  I went back to I Stop Pain.  1 treatment later and the pain went from significantly distressing, to just mild discomfort.  Another treatment and the pain vanished.  Very knowledgeable staff.  Relaxing and enjoyable treatments that deliver results.  I will continue to return whenever I experience any future pain.  And I will recommend to anyone they should try, I Stop Pain.

Emotional and spiritual balance
Angel is truly a gifted healer. She takes the time to identify what the issues are and treats accordingly, tweaking her approach as she goes. I enjoy that it is not only Acupuncture but a whole compliment of healing modalities that Angel incorporates into her treatments. Angel has not only treated my physical body, but my emotional and spiritual sides as well. She has helped in restoring my balance and releasing trauma that has been lingering in the background. I always feel significantly better after a treatment with Angel. I highly recommend her to everyone. She is amazing!

One thing that stands out about Nikki Acupuncture is its well-rounded approach. They don’t stick to one treatment method. Along with acupuncture, they offer gua sha scraping, tui-na massage, and cupping.

Each of these treatments can complement the others. Their cupping therapy is amazing for improving blood flow and relaxation. While the gua sha helps with muscle tension and boosts the immune system.

Cons

  • Specialized services may not appeal to everyone

Effective natural treatments for insomnia
I’ve been going to Nikki’s clinic for over a year now, me and her have become really close friends. I go to her for massages, acupuncture, cupping, and to gossip lol. I used to have really bad insomnia, so I did a treatment with her. 3 times a week for a month, and now I sleep really, really well. She also helps me with my period cramps to get me through the darkest days of the month. I strongly recommend going to her if you want a more effective, natural healing approach as opposed to consuming lots of medicine and antibiotics.

My experience at Nikki’s surpassed anywhere I had ever received acupuncture treatment. I am so relaxed during treatment, that I fall asleep. Nikki is exceptionally kind and is very thorough. She really helps me understand my ailments and how acupuncture/Chinese medicine works. I feel so fortunate to have found this place.

They also add a modern twist with innovative treatments like laser acupuncture. In addition to this, they provide specialized acupuncture for specific conditions like women’s health, headaches, insomnia, and even substance abuse.

Their offerings don’t stop there—we liked how they also provide cupping therapy and massage therapy, including hot stone massage, and hydrotherapy.

Cons

  • Niche treatments might be overwhelming for beginners

Accommodating and effective dry-needling
I had severe back pain near my tail bone area I could hardly walk, move or bend over without breaking out in tears. I felt so desperate and I called the clinic and they were so accommodating and got me in the same day. I was asking for acupuncture, had never had it before but I was advised to do DRY NEEDLING would help my situation more. I had severe muscle issues. And so I did three sessions in a row for three days. After the second session I was already feeling 75% better. I probably would have been fine with 2 sessions but it helped so much I continued with the 3rd. They were so willing to help whether my insurances covered everything or not, he was very sympathetic knowing the pain I was in. All around I give this business 5 stars.

Fair pricing and expert care
When I walked into Dr. Zaid’s clinic, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I received. The pricing was fair and transparent, and Dr. Zaid himself is not only a skilled specialist but also a genuinely caring person. I recently tried PRP treatment at his clinic for my hair thinning issues, and I was amazed by the results. Thanks to Dr. Zaid’s expertise, my hair is now fuller, and I feel so much better overall. It’s not just about looks; his approach really made a difference in how I feel. I want to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Zaid for his dedication to his patients. If you’re thinking about getting some aesthetic work done, I highly recommend Dr. Zaid’s clinic. You’ll get top-notch care that goes above and beyond your expectations.

Seaside Chiropractic and Health Centre offers a selection of acupuncture treatments, including traditional Chinese acupuncture and innovative electro-acupuncture.

Their traditional Chinese acupuncture can help restore energy balance by targeting different meridians, which is great for easing musculoskeletal injuries, stress, and anxiety.

Electro-acupuncture, on the other hand, uses electrical stimulation on the needles to help with muscle strength and improve blood flow.

Their team includes skilled practitioners like Jason Wincey, Dr. Alan Schneider, and Dr. Kira Swan, who incorporate these techniques into their treatment plans.

We think this dual approach provides a comprehensive solution if you’re dealing with pain or mobility issues.

One thing to keep in mind is that since this clinic is part of a chiropractic and health center, their schedule focuses more on a range of services, so acupuncture may not always be the main focus.

Pros

  • Diverse acupuncture options
  • Effective treatments
  • Team of expert practitioners
  • Uses dual approach

Cons

  • Emphasis on acupuncture might be less

Effective treatment for pregnant women
Very impressed with the quality of service at this clinic. I am 6 months pregnant and was in a car accident while only 10 weeks along. I was surprised when I left there at how great I felt after just 1 initial assessment. Dr. Alan listened to all of my concerns and his experience was very helpful in my particular situation. I have been searching high and low for someone who is confident with treating pregnant women and I think I found the right place!

Miraculous chiropractic and massage therapy
I have been coming here for over a year. Alan is my chiropractor and has worked miracles with my back, shoulders and neck. I broke my elbow twice last winter and needed two surgeries. Dan has been doing massage therapy and cupping on my arm to get the scar tissue to decrease and relax the muscles. I wouldn’t have the mobility back in my arm if I hadn’t come to see him.
